I’m a Product Design Leader specializing in enterprise SaaS platforms, AI-enabled products, and complex operational systems. My work focuses on transforming fragmented workflows into scalable, human-centered experiences that improve usability, support business growth, and reduce operational complexity.
Over the past 15+ years, I have led UX strategy and end-to-end product design across enterprise platforms, data-heavy systems, responsive web applications, and mobile products. I specialize in systems thinking, information architecture, design systems, and workflow optimization areas where early structural decisions have a major impact on usability, accessibility, engineering efficiency, and long-term product scalability.
I’m often brought into projects where complexity is high, workflows are fragmented, and teams need clarity across products, systems, and cross-functional collaboration. My approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, helping Product, Engineering, and business teams align around scalable solutions that are intuitive, accessible, and easier to evolve over time.
Design Philosophy
I believe great product design starts with structure. Clear information architecture, consistent interaction patterns, and thoughtful constraints create systems that are easier for users to understand, easier for teams to build, and easier for organizations to scale.
Accessibility is not an afterthought in my process. It is a foundational part of how I approach system design, interaction design, and decision-making from the beginning. Products built this way tend to be more resilient, more inclusive, and more trusted by users.
As AI continues transforming digital products, I focus on designing systems that remain understandable, human-centered, and operationally practical. AI should reduce friction and support decision-making, not increase cognitive overload.
How I Work
I partner closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to align user needs with business goals, technical realities, and long-term platform strategy. I’m comfortable operating across both strategic and execution levels, from defining scalable system foundations and product direction to refining complex workflows and interaction details.
My work emphasizes clarity, collaboration, scalability, and long-term thinking. I design systems that teams can continuously evolve, not just launch.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, nature photography, and observing how people interact with environments, products, and systems in everyday life. Those experiences continue shaping how I think about usability, accessibility, and human-centered design.
