I’m a Senior Product Design Leader specializing in enterprise SaaS platforms, AI-enabled products, and complex operational systems. My work focuses on transforming fragmented workflows into scalable, human-centered experiences. As a result, teams improve usability, reduce operational complexity, and support long-term business growth.
Over the past 15+ years, I have led UX strategy and end-to-end product design across enterprise platforms, data-heavy systems, responsive web applications, and mobile products. I specialize in

I believe great product design starts with structure. Clear information architecture, consistent interaction patterns, and thoughtful constraints create systems that are easier for users to understand, easier for teams to build, and easier for organizations to scale.
AI should reduce friction, not increase cognitive overload.
As AI continues transforming digital products, I focus on designing systems that remain understandable, human-centered, and operationally practical. My work includes Human-in-the-Loop Design, AI-Assisted Design Workflows, Agentic Workflow Design, and AI Trust & Verification Design.
Ultimately, AI should reduce friction and support decision-making rather than increase cognitive overload.
Accessibility is a foundation, not an afterthought.
Likewise, accessibility is never an afterthought in my process. Instead, it is a foundational part of how I approach system design and interaction design from the beginning. Products built this way tend to be more resilient, inclusive, and trusted by users.
